Zombitopia Two (also known as Zombitopia II, occasionally with the added subtitle Return of Zomboss) refers to the state established following Doctor Zomboss's second overthrow of Toby and seizure of control of Tobytopia on 2023-09-19.
Zombitopia Two was prequeled by Zombitopia One, an earlier, less long-lasting state established by the same Doctor Zomboss.
History
Zombitopia Two lasted significantly longer than Zombitopia One. It was established on 2023-09-19, and though Toby had captured Zomboss and effectively retaken control by the fourth day on 2023-09-23, Zombitopia itself was not dissolved until 2023-09-27, with its existence having spanned a total of nine days.
The Coup
On 2023-09-19 at 19:42 at the Frog Brothel in Tobytown, Toby was pushed from a high place, falling to his death at the hands of one of Doctor Zomboss's goons. Immediately following Toby's elimination, Doctor Zomboss, who had been carefully planning the assassination and meticulously orchestrating his revolution for the past few weeks, once again climbed to the top of the Palace of Tobytopia (the DVD Player) and read aloud a speech scrawled hastily on what looked to be a used napkin.
Brains [unintelligible] Toby Ekto [unintelligible] Tobytopia to Zombitopia [unintelligible]! [unintelligible]. Immediately [unintelligible]. [unintelligible]. [unintelligible] eye [unintelligible] Zomboss, Brains of the Operation [unintelligible] Zombitopia [unintelligible].
[unintelligible] big damage missile [unintelligible].

International observers presumed from this unintelligible speech that Doctor Zomboss had once again declared himself Brains of the Operation of the newly renamed nation. Many of the same international observers also expressed their dismay at Zomboss choosing to deliver this communiqué in the form of an incomprehensible speech instead of gracing the world with more of his beautiful cursive handwriting as depicted in Plants vs Zombies.
I can't understand a thing he is saying. I hope he releases a transcript of this speech. Preferably handwritten. That handwriting of his is beautiful.

In response, Zomboss came out shortly with another speech explaining his decision to not provide transcripts for his speeches.

[unintelligible] said I could [unintelligible] public speaking [unintelligible] the proclamation after we — um — killed Toby. [unintelligible]. Eye no [unintelligible] not [unintelligible] articulate [unintelligible] but well [unintelligible] No.

It is after this second speech, at 19:47, that Toby finally became aware that he had been murdered.

Toby then logged out of the server.
Zomboss Detained
On 2023-09-23 at 17:31, it was announced that Tobytopian loyalist forces, in their mission to retake control of his country, had detained Doctor Zomboss and many high ranking Zombitopian officials. It was the Ultimate Kaiser of Doom Three Thousand himself, Toby, who captured Zomboss using the classic tactic of placing an oak boat under Zomboss while Zomboss was distracted scribbling a speech on the same paper napkin used for the speech in which he proclaimed the establishment of Zombitopia.
The loyalists had seized control of the country again, but were yet to eliminate the original henchman that had killed Toby and therefore did not yet reproclaim Tobytopia. The napkin was misplaced by Tobytopian forces and is lost to history.
Reestablishment of Tobytopia
On 2023-09-27, Toby officially proclaimed the reestablishment of Tobytopia, saying in a speech made atop the DVD Player:
I would do a speech, but that's too much "Remy talking to his Voices"-like.
It was also during this proclamation that he changed the national motto to We hate zombies! and the national anthem to Bonfire by Childish Gambino.
Aftermath
Faith in Tobytopia
Faith in Tobytopian stability among international observers fells even lower after Toby was overthrown by Doctor Zomboss for a second time (see also: Zombitopia One), with Zomboss's reign this time lasting from over eight days.
Economic Impacts
Toby, during Zomboss's initial coup, lost many of his items and had to reacquire and reenchant them, costing much in the way of time and resources.
Remyan investors and fat cats generally did not have plans of returning to Tobytopia. At an interview at the No Sleep Café, Birch Nuke, Remyan investor and future casino tycoon, said the following while spitting out his chocolate milk:
That country is way too unstable. It's just too big of a risk. I got out in time this time, selling all my stocks before they dropped to zero, but I can't be sure it won't happen again. I need that money for my casino ventures; I'm from Scammington, you know?
While Remyan investors did not intend to return, KFV did not cancel plans to open a branch in the city, were reportedly excited that Toby had reinstated his own control over the country, and later would indeed open a KFV location in Tobytown.
